During a recent trip to the Boone Scenic Railway Museum. I was shuffling through their rather large railroad memorabilia area which is in the main part of the Museum. When I found a box of slides. The collectibles in this area are all for sale. For a foamer, this is great stuff. The piles of items on the shelves consist of old railroad training manuals, copies of Northwestern Lines going back 30 years, old train photos, time tables and railroading books of all sorts. The slides were pictures of various trolleys from Pennsylvania. The slides were marketed by Black Hawk Films which was a well known producer of 8mm films and slides back in the 50's and 60's that produced movies and slides suitable for family entertainment. And it just so happens that my wife had recently purchased a machine that copied old slides easily onto an SD card. I copied the following pictures from this collection of slides..
